-
How much does a refinance cost?
The out of pocket cost to refinance is your original loan’s finance charge. The finance charge will depend on the amount you borrow and state in which you live. Not all states allow for refinancing. Our Rates and Terms page details the finance charges for your state and desired loan amount.
-
What is a refinance?
A refinance allows you to revise your payment schedule for repaying your debt. Refinancing allows you to pay only the finance charge on your original loan and subsequently enter into a refinanced loan agreement. In some states a portion of the principal is required to be paid as well. By refinancing a loan, you pay more over the life of the loan than would have otherwise been paid if the original loan had been paid in full on its original due date. The refinanced loan will have the same costs as the original loan did, assuming there is no additional principal added. Cost detail can be found in the Truth in Lending Disclosure boxes located on your loan contract. Refinances must be submitted by 7:45 PM EST the business banking day before your loan is due.
-
What if a refinance is not available in my state?
Cash Central is a state licensed lender or arranger. We loan in accordance with state's financial regulations. If your state does not allow the refinance option we can offer you a courtesy extension. Please call 1-800-460-4305 for more details.
-
What if I can’t make my scheduled payment on my due date?
-
Can I pay down my principal when I refinance?
You can pay down your principal at any time of the loan and refinance period and we encourage you to do so. There may be state and product restrictions.
-
How many refinances can I take?
The amount (or availability) of refinance options varies by state. To discover how many refinances are available or if your state law allows refinances, visit our Rates and Terms page and look under Repayment Options.
Utah Residents Only: A payday loan may only be refinanced (or rolled over) for a maximum of 10 weeks after the day on which the loan was executed.

-
Why do I need to wait 3-4 days to get a new loan?
In many states, a waiting period is required before a customer is able to request a new loan from the same lender. In other cases, Cash Central needs to verify the original funds have cleared your bank account to avoid scheduling two loans at once.
-
Why are there so many places to sign?
Cash Central believes in being secure, reliable and state law compliant. As a point of assurance in your transaction, Cash Central does require several signatures. These signatures not only allow you to acknowledge your transaction, they also allow you a physical trail of your transaction. In addition, many state laws require customer acknowledgment in certain areas of the contract, for example, electronic funds transfers and refinances. All steps go toward assuring you of a legitimate and secure transaction.
