Louisiana: If you cannot make payment when due, you can ask to enter into an extended payment plan once in a twelve-month period, but the request must be made before payment is due. Should your lender (Check Into Cash) refuse to enter into an extended payment plan upon your request before the due date, contact the Office of Financial Institutions at 1-888-525-9414.

Mississippi: Mississippi loans are provided by CCF of Mississippi, LLC, a lender which also provides other loan products at retail locations in Mississippi under business names other than Cash Central.

Oregon: Oregon payday loans are provided by Cash and Go a lender licensed by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services to make Deferred Deposit Loans, NLMS Id.# 1393382.

Texas: Cash Central is registered as a Credit Service Organization and licensed as a Credit Access Business to assist customers in obtaining a loan through an unaffiliated third-party lender.
