Agreement between user and Cash Central

acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (these

COPY OF YOUR LOAN DOCUMENTS BY EMAILING CUSTOMERSERVICE@CASHCENTRAL.COM OR MAILING YOUR REQUEST TO CASH
CENTRAL, RECORDS REQUEST, PO BOX 6430, NORTH LOGAN, UTAH 84341. NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOUR RECORDS
REQUEST IS UNDER 20 PAGES. PLEASE INDICATE A VALID CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER IN YOUR RECORDS REQUEST IN
THE EVENT THE DOCUMENTS ARE OVER 20 PAGES.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME BY PROVIDING US WRITTEN NOTICE AT THE EMAIL
OR PHYSICAL ADDRESSES LISTED ABOVE. IF YOU WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU

applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post
or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in DFS's sole discretion.

of the State of Utah, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of
courts in Utah, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the

jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions,

Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including,

provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder
