  1. Open your browser
  2. In the address bar, type www.gmail.com
  3. Below “Sign in to continue to Gmail” and the areas for email and password, click the link named “Create an account”
  4. Fill in the appropriate information to create your email address
  5. Click "Next Step” and finish creating your email address

Because email providers (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, etc.) want to keep SPAM messages out of inboxes, it becomes increasingly difficult for legitimate companies to have transactional and promotional emails reach the intended recipient’s inbox. Here's how to add Cash Central as an approved sender in Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail and AOL.

  • In the case of a work-based email account, you may never know our messages do not arrive based on criteria established by your company's IT department, in which case we recommend using a personal email account.
  • In the case of cable or DSL provider email accounts, we suggest you peruse the "Settings" or "Options" menus or simply add "customerservice@cashcentral.com" to your address book.

JavaScript

For optimal viewing of Cash Central, we recommend your browser support JavaScript 1.2 or higher. Enabling JavaScript (a type of web script used in most applications) is a simple process you can complete in just a few mouse clicks and will allow you to complete the Cash Central application.

Below you'll find a list of web browsers- locate the browser you're using and follow the instructions to enable JavaScript on your computer.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and click settings.
  3. Under Privacy and Security click Site Settings.
  4. Under Content click JavaScript.
  5. Click the Radio button for Allowed (recommended).
  6. Close the Settings Tab.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Type: about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
  3. Click on the button that says "I'll be careful, I promise!".
  4. Type: javascript.enabled in the search bar.
  5. Double click on javascript.enabled to change the value so the value says true.
  6. Reload Cash Central.

Safari

  1. On the Safari menu, click on Preferences.
  2. Click the Security icon.
  3. Click on Enable JavaScript next to the Web Content section if it is not checked.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
  5. Close and restart Safari.

Edge

  1. In Edge, click the "Settings and more" button.
  2. Select "Settings".
  3. Search for "Javascript".
  4. Enable Javascript using the slider.
  5. Close the settings tab and restart Cash Central.
